This page-set is the one for code links of the Java flavor; JAVA, JavaScript, JavaBeans, and all the other variations.
One of the best places to start is at the HTML Writers Guild! This organisation has been around since the early 90's, and is an excellent resource for anyone interested in creating their own home on the web. Anyone is welcome to use their public pages, but there are serious benefits in becoming a member. Be sure to read their Membership page while you are there.
The links on the right of this page will take you to the most serious help around for creating your own pages, but there are a lot more than I have room for here. To give you some additional places to start finding out about what is possible, I'll include a few more links here.
