Strider's Code Tools: HTML!

If you plan to build your own pages, a basic understanding of HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) is nessisary. When you have that down, there are a lot of other tools you can use to create world-class web sites. My goal here is to give you access to on-line tools to help you build your pages, and the tutorials you will need to learn from.

The OnLineTools section here is starting out with just a few tools, but they answer some of the most often-asked questions people ask me about their webpages. Please let me know if you find them useful, and what other tools you would like to see added here. Please be aware that your browser needs to be JavaScript enabled for some, and JAVA enabled for others.

One of the best places to start is at the HTML Writers Guild! This organisation has been around since the early 90's, and is an excellent resource for anyone interested in creating their own home on the web. Anyone is welcome to use their public pages, but there are serious benefits in becoming a member.Be sure to read their Membership page while you are there.

The links on the right of this page will take you to the most serious help around for creating your own pages, but there are a lot more than I have room for here. To give you some additional places to start finding out about what is possible, I'll include a few more links below.
