One of the most exciting aspects of high-speed internet access is the ability to join other people from around the world in real-time events. This includes Chat, News, Online Raves, and other events that only happen in cyberspace!

This page will concentrate on live events on the Web that give you a true shot at interactivity. Want to talk to other people online in real time, play live games, controle remote devices, or just see what's going on somewhere else right now? This is the place for that! Select the type of destination from the choices on the right, or go up one level to choose a different path.

The selections here are more gateways rather than direct links. This means they are mostly collections of links; where they are to live events, calendars and timetables are included. There are also gateways here to WebCams, GameSites, and many other real-time events.

You will notice that this collection does not include normal IRC (InternetRelayChat) servers or enviroments, not even the VR versions. To check those out, you can click on the "ChatGroups" button on the left of this screen.
